Having spent the majority of his career working under his father, who owned a successful grading business, our owner gained invaluable experience and insights that later propelled him to become a foreman at one of the largest grading and excavation companies in the valley. This rich background laid the groundwork for starting his own company, Arizona Valley Earthworks, LLC, which began as a series of small weekend projects and evolved into a full-scale operation in El Mirage, AZ.
